GuestGuide drafts and public guides

Draft details stay in this browser until you publish. You may download a draft backup and restore it in another browser. That file includes any Wi-Fi password you entered; keep it private. A backup does not grant purchase access or publish a guide. After a verified purchase, the published guide is stored with our database provider, Convex, in its Europe region. The public guide has an unguessable link but anyone with that link can read it, including the Wi-Fi details you choose to include. Do not enter door or lockbox codes. We store a hash of your Stripe Checkout session identifier to let you update the same guide; we do not place your payment details in the public guide. Contact us to request guide deletion.

ReceptionKit guest lists

Names and table assignments are processed in your browser for preview and PDF export. They are kept in browser session storage to survive a checkout return. The guest list is not sent to Stripe or stored in our database.

Payments and measurement

Stripe handles payment and provides the session status needed to unlock the purchased product. Our hosting provider may process routine request and security logs. With your permission, Google Analytics measures public page visits, editor starts, previews, checkout starts, verified purchases, guide publication and file downloads using cookies; it stays off until you accept. We do not send guide content or guest lists to Analytics.
